She is survived by: her husband Keith Usher; her children, Shanna Shout (Johnny), James Keith Usher (Amanda) and Patricia Usher; her sisters, Pamela Greene (Jeff Austin), Teresa Habicht (Fred Shrader) and Bobbie Myers (Loyd); her granddaughter April Shout (Holly); her great grandchild Cheyann Shout; and her pets, Elton and Peanut.
