She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayman Jack Sullivan and Juanita Beatrice Greene Sullivan; her sister Martha Jane Sullivan; her daughter Lori Warren Turner; and her nephew Bryan Freeman.
She is survived by: her husband Roy Warren; her children, Michelle Price (Jeff) of Harrisburg and Trae Whitworth (Angela); her brother Henry "Jack" Sullivan (Martha); her grandchildren, Abbie, Monica, Nic, Rebeka, Sabrina, Zac and Jack; her great grandchildren, Aiden, Eli, Christian, Jackson, Grayson and Oliver; and her nieces and nephews, Kitty, Lori, Ellen, Kevin and Jason.
