It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Warlick Tate in Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Thomas and Dock G. Thomas; her brother Graham; her former husband David A. Warlick of Lincolnton; her husband John A. Tate, Jr.; and her stepdaughter Caroline Tate Noojin.
She is survived by: her children, David Warlick, Tracey Crowe (Erin Warlick), Drew Warlick, Dawn Osborn (Eric), Mead Sissman, Jillian Osborn, Melissa Warlick (Scott Husselbee), Katherine Andrews (Kevin Husselbee) and Katie Morris; her stepsons, John A. Tate III (Claire), John Austin Tate IV, Bright Vandervoet, Frank Noojin III and John TateNoojin; and her nieces, Debbie, Linda and Elaine. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
