She was predeceased by: her parents, Murray B. Hawley and Murlene Moore Hawley; her husband Alfred Dotson Adcock; and her brothers, Eugene, Forrest and Elton Hawley.

She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki A. Massey (Vernon) and Heidi A. Cline; and her grandson Ethan Andrew Massey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
