With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marie Darlene Northey of Charlotte, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 23, 2024 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Leon Ingalls and Grace Ingalls (Brockus); and her brothers, Rusty Huckabey and Bob Ingalls. She is survived by: her husband Guy Wallace Northey; her children, Chris Northey (Lisa), Kelly Northey, Jeannette Huber (Steve) and Jeannine Ardelean (Greg); her grandchildren, Ryan Northey (Nicole), Harrison Northey (Samantha), Devin Northey, Will Huber, Alex Huber, Bennett Ardelean and Baylie Ardelean; and her great grandchildren, Abigail and Nathan Northey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Billy Graham Library at 4330.

Jesus taught us that it is ok to weep, as Darlene taught the shortest verse in our bible, Jesus wept when he heard that his friend Lasrus had died. We have so many wonderful memories of Darlene.
