She is survived by: her daughters, Patti Smith (Blehi) of Pittsboro, NC and Pauline Blehi of Charlotte, NC; her sister Dorothy Bayconish (Irene) of River Vale, NJ; her sister-in-law Mary Hanak (Mamie Chappie) of Johnstown, PA; and her nieces and nephews, Joyce Hanak Rogina, Theresa Pollochak (Maurizio) of Johnstown, PA, Kathy Bayconish of River Vale, NJ, Joann Hanak of Fort Myers, FL, Lori Smith (Michael) of Oak Lawn, IL, Scott Hanak, Donald Hanak of Johnstown, PA, Jim Hanak (Janice Gellert) of Gainesville, FL and David Hanak of Phoenix, AZ. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
