She was predeceased by: her father Bernard Byrd; her son Kelvin Kentrell Leak; her uncle James Albert Gaddy; and her aunt Diane Gaddy (Polly Burns). She is survived by: her mother Barbara Tillman (Jasper) of Polkton, NC; her children, Madison S. Leak (Juwan) of Wadesboro, NC and Travis L. Pickett of Charlotte, NC.; her grandchildren, Jaiden Sturdivant, Carter Pickett and Jhania Sturdivant; her siblings, Crystal Byrd of Charlotte, NC, Tiffany Spencer of Lilesville, NC., Tameka Rorie of Lilesville, NC. and Dexter Lilly of Charlotte, NC.; and her aunts and uncles, Barbara Jean Williams, Willie Mae Douglas of Wadesboro, NC, Gary Gaddy (Cathy), Robert Gaddy of Wadesboro, NC and Danny Gaddy (Amanda). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
