It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madelon Rachel Hutto (Charlotte, North Carolina), born in Dumas, Arkansas, who passed away on June 23, 2019, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Erma Rankins of Dumas. She is survived by: her son Dylan Wingo of South Carolina; her mother Clenon Spratt; her stepfather Robert Spratt of Dumas, Arkansas; and her siblings, Tiffany McKinzie of Dumas, Nicole Brown of Oklahoma City and Roy McKinzie of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
