She was predeceased by: her parents, Warrie T. Blanks and Maggie E. Blanks; her husband William V. "Perky" Purcell, Jr.; and her son William V. "Billy" Purcell, III. She is survived by: her daughter Ruthie Williams (Wayne) of Mechanicsville, VA; her grandsons, Jeremy Williams (Jaymi) of Ashland, VA and Andrew Williams (Amy) of Mechanicsville, VA; her great grandchildren, Cory, Rebekah, Rose and Gracelynn; and her sister Rachel Dickerson of Monroe, NC.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
