He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Owens; and his parents, Doris Owens and Louie H. Owens Sr.. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Owens (Ashley), Khary Owens and Jason Owens (Kendra Allison); his grandsons, Jacori of Charlotte, NC and Jaxon of Charlotte, NC; and his sisters, Carole Owens of New York and Rhonda Neal of Maryland.
