It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd Eugene Hill of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee Hill and Martha York Hill; and his siblings, Dowd Hill, Verdie Mae Rogers, Maxine Craven, Faye Dean Stikeleather and Leon Hill.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Hill of Bessemer City, NC, Jimmy Hill (Denise) of Lancaster, SC, Billy Hill (Joyce) of Charlotte, NC and Allison Hill of Charleston, SC.; his grandchildren, Leslie Hill Zimmerman (Teddy), Carol Hill Miller (Brian), Lydia Hill Barbee (Justin), Brandon Hill (Morgan), Donovan Bode, Jeremy Hill (Mallory), Joshua Hill (Nicole), Katie Hill Dennis (Travis) and Lucas Hill (Allyson); and his great grandchildren, Quinton, Samantha, Landen, Logan, Harper, Anna, Avery, Maggie, Nathan, Abigail, Baker and William. He is also survived by his family, friends.
