She is survived by: her husband Onis W. Polk; her sons, Reginal, Gregory and Rodney; her stepdaughter Veraline Corbett; her aunt Rachel Edwards; her siblings, Frances Mackins, Flora Pegues and Calvin Lewis Steele (Helena); her brothers-in-law, Joe, Steve and Teddy Polk; and her goddaughter Sherry White. She is also survived by four daughters-in-law; nine grandchildren; twenty great-great-grandchildren.
