He was predeceased by: his parents, Evan Thomas Quinn and Daisy Sipe Locke; his wife Regina Passmore Quinn; his children, Roxanne Quinn and Kenneth Montgomery; and his grandson Austin Montgomery.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Quinn (Angie) of York, SC, Renee Payton (Kevin) of Macon, GA, Lewis Quinn, Jr. (Holly) of Charlotte, NC and Kathryn Wall (Joe) of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
