He is survived by: his children, Nancy Oliver of Syracuse, NY, Steven Hough of Southport, NC, John Hough of Hilton Head, SC and Richard Hough of Monroe, NC; and his brother Mark Hough of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
