It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lea Etta Snider of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Denton, North Carolina, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Garner and Wilma Garner; her husband Ray Snider; her brother Steve Garner; and her son John Snider.
She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis Snider Daugherty (John) of Conway, SC and Donna Snider Porter (Derwin) of Murrells Inlet, SC; her daughter-in-law Kay Snider of Charlotte, NC; her grandchildren, Terry Crowe (Michele), Rebekah Ashlock, Alison Wofford, Gray Porter (Brittany), Zac Porter (Lindsey) and Kenan Medlin (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Kaleb Crowe, Rylie Crowe, Jenna Rochelle, Lilly Rochelle, Garrett Rochelle, Kinsley Porter, Malachi Wofford, Maclaren Porter, Mady Wofford, Benjamin Porter, Lennox Porter, Connor Ashlock, Anya Medlin and Sabine Porter.
