With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kenny Gerald Love of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Winnsboro, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 31, 2024 at the age of 86. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter M. Love and Mattie Love (Long); his wife Betty M. Love; and his brother Bill Love. He is survived by: his children, Gerry Love (Gaye Frick) of Indian Trail and Terri Hedrick (Kim); his granddaughters, Valerie Love and Megan Love of Boone; his nephew Bill Love; his nieces, Melody Love Orr and Roxanne Love; and his close friend Joyce Hartis.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Kenny's memory may be made to the American Heart Association and/or Shriner's Children's Hospital.
