He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther and Dorothy Banks Jr. of Washington; his stepmother Sally Ann of Washington; his grandparents, William T and Pearl Banks Sr.; his great grandchild Logan; his siblings, Barbara, Alberta, Luther III and Wallace of Washington; and his stepbrother Randy Phillips.
He is survived by: his daughter Yuwan Harper (Nikki); his stepsons, Xavier (Keila) and Konata Pitts; his grandchildren, T'Ana (Jeremy), D'Monte (Rachael), Briana, MaKya and Ryan; his siblings, Doris W. Green, Angela W. Burton (Lee), Cynthia W. Sand (George), Howard (Barbara), Larry, Donald of Washington, Ruben Brown and Ronnie (Peggy) of Washington; and his wife Dianne Comer of Washington. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, and numerous cousins, brother and sister in laws.
