He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Thrift Robbins; his cousins, Linda Allen Roberts (Dan) of Cary, NC and Virginia Spouse of Gaffney, SC; his nephew Jerry Thrift (Patsy) of Ocean Isle, NC; and his nieces, Joyce Spurline of Forest City and Phyllis Harrill of Forest City.
