He is survived by: his children, Kenny Edwards of Monroe, NC, Miguel Edwards of Lumberton, NC, Troy Bethea of Lumberton, NC, Sherice Whittington of Hope Mills, NC, Pamala Lesane of Lumberton, NC, Shaneka Cummings of Greensboro, NC and Kayla McKinnon of Charolette, NC; his sisters, Jacqueline Samuel and Barabra McLaurin (Lumberton); his brother-in-law Tracy McLaurin; his sister Tracy McLaurin; and his brother-in-law Angel Guzman of Jacksonville, AR. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, and host of other relatives and friends.
