He was predeceased by: his father Charles W. Locke, Sr.; and his brother Charles W. Locke, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Jessie Butler Locke of Spartanburg, SC; his wife Brinda Gavin Locke; his children, Justin Kenneth Locke, BreLinda Janae'Locke and Jessica Pearline Locke; his grandchildren, Samiya Janae'Locke, Ahmad Kenneth Locke-Pearce, Jamir'Kenneth Hill-Locke and Teal Royal Jackson; his father-in-law Clinton Lee Gavin; his siblings-in-law, Linda Gavin Thompson and Samuel Thompson; his uncle Henry Locke (Audrey) of Chicago, IL; and his aunt Velma Hiler of Rochester.
