She was predeceased by: her daughter Susan Connolly Pierce; her parents, Albert Edward and Dorothy Mae Stewart; and her siblings, Albert Edward Jr. and Louise Stewart Pettus.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Barnette and Anthony Owens; her siblings, Virgina McLamb (Ginger) and James Stewart (Jimmy); and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Leland Connolly and Riley Barnette. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
