He is survived by: his wife Rena Bleimann; his sons, Gregor (Mara) of Raleigh, NC, Jorn of Charlotte, NC and Tino (Julie) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Dalen, Alana, Emma and Ian; and his sisters, Irmi Meyer and Uschi Muenstermann (Klaus).
