It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie W. Taylor (Charlotte, North Carolina), born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on May 16, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, June Willis and John Willis. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Kimball; her granddaughter Nikki Kimball; her sister Joyce W. Frazier; her niece Laura A. Brackett (Chris); and her great-nephew Ryan P. Brackett.
