It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie Ann Rosenbaum (Charlotte, North Carolina), born in Roanoke, Virginia, who passed away on October 8, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bud Rosenbaum and Betty Rosenbaum; her daughter Amy of Washington; her son-in-law Ricky of Washington; her grandchildren, Isaac and Trinity; her siblings, Mel Rosenbaum and Peggy Hicks; her brother-in-law Tom Stutts (Larry Hicks); her niece Jule Hicks; her nephew Tommy Hicks; her close friend Jim Blease; her pets, Gizmo and Furby; and also Elizabeth Rosenbaum (Betty). She was also cherished by several extended family members; her dog, Buddy; and a wealth of friends.
