As we bid adieu to Judy Lynn Idol's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Judy Lynn Idol has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Aubrey Idol and Helen Louise Robertson Idol; and her brother Gary Eugene Idol. She is survived by: her husband Rodney "Dan" Leon Gatewood; her son Trent Gatewood (Theresa); her grandchildren, Danielle, John and Timothy Gatewood; and her sister-in-law Nicki.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the New Philadelphia Moravian Church (4440 Country Club Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27104).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to New Philadelphia Moravian Church.
