“I first met Juanita and her husband in 1982. We were neighbors and I was a young service man. Loved to play my music loud. And she would come and tell me to turn it down. And we became friends and I called her my California mom. Her and Fred became my other family. If I was wrong she told me and if I was right she told me that too. I know she will be missed . But she will always be my Cali mom in my heart. My condolence to the family and friends.”
