He is survived by: his parents, Rudolph Mazigi (Rudy) and Lina Mazigi; his children, Marissa Mazigi and Joey Mazigi; his sister Rula Mazigi; and his former wife Chastity Mazigi. He is also survived by uncles, cousins, niece and nephew.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the charity of your choice.
