It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Ferguson (Charlotte, North Carolina), born in Gastonia, North Carolina, who passed away on July 2, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lester and Fannie Grigg Ferguson. He is survived by: his children, John Eric Ferguson (Craig), Holly Ferguson Greene (Dwight) and Alisa Ferguson Wenning (Mark); his grandchildren, Matthew Greene (Ashley), Zachary Wenning, Tanner Wenning and Victoria Wenning; his great grandchild Sadie Caroline Greene; his siblings, Frances Smith, Charles Ferguson and David Ferguson (Barbara); and his sister-in-law Meredith Darwin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
