He is survived by: his wife Anne Bullard Elliott; his children, Melody Anne Stallings (Brad) and Joe Banks Elliott, Jr. (Charla); his grandchildren, Summer Ann Stallings, Zachary Stallings (Elysia) and Melissa Elliott Woody (Savosko); and his great grandchildren, Kiaya, Ellie, Aria Stallings and London Woody.
