“I am so very sorry to learn of the passing of Joann Morrison Carter. I offer my sadness and deepest sympathy to her family and friends. She was a very sweet, caring and one who always thought of others before she thought of herself. She was my mother's caregiver in Charlotte in 2009. Our family fell in love with her When my mother passed in 2016 in CT Joann sent a beautiful plant. We stayed in touch through 2024 always planning to meet up again. She was truly one of a kind.
