It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmie Johnson Sanders of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on April 28, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Sanders and Thelma Pittman Sanders; his wife Beulah Sanders; and his brothers, Starkey Sanders and Dexter Sanders.
He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Sanders Kell (Eric) of Fort Mill, SC and Terri Sanders Baker (Mike) of Wilmington; his sister Helen Parker (David) of Holly Ridge; his grandchildren, Justin Kell, Ryan Kell, Tyler Kell and Micah Baker; and the mother of his children Bertie Hill Sanders. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
