She was predeceased by: her parents, William James Polk and Sarah Grace Helms Polk; and her husband Earl Donald Talbert. She is survived by: her siblings, Harold Polk, Barbara Polk, Nancy Polk Crisp and Linda Polk Heath; and her children, Michael Wayne Talbert (Debbie), Grace Elaine Talbert Hasty (Lanny) and Leslie Anne Talbert Pollard. She is also survived by her kids, her grand kids and her great grand kids.
