She was predeceased by: her husband Max Hunter; her parents, Earl Fonda and Fannie Fonda; and her brothers, Avery Fonda and Alan Fonda.

She is survived by: her son Stephen Hunter; and her friends, Tammy Cloninger, Doris Criminger, Carolyn Sanford, Robin Ballard and Jim Peniston.
