He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Blazevich and Eleanor Blazevich. He is survived by: his wife Lisa P. Blazevich; his sons, Davis P. Blazevich, Parker J. Blazevich and John E. Blazevich; his granddaughter Julia J. Blazevich; and his brother Robert Blazevich.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 11th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Christ Covenant Church (800 Fullwood Ln, Matthews, NC 28105).
