He is survived by: his siblings, Danny Holliday (Coy Holliday), Mike Holliday (Carol Holliday) and Regina O'Toole (Michael O'Toole); his wife Karen Holliday; his daughter Leslie Smith (Daniel Smith); and his grandchildren, Cody James Holliday and Olivia Lynn Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
