He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert Leath, Sr. and Gertrude Elizabeth Bean Leath; his wife Audrey Slate Leath; and his sister Mildred Leath Shuford. He is survived by: his children, David Alan Leath (Lezli), Timothy James Leath (Leah) and Kristen Leath Teskey (Matt); and his grandchildren, Justin, Jacob (Tim) and Jessika.
