It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Lee Kizer (Charlotte, North Carolina), who passed away on February 14, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hercules Hazel and Inez Kizer Laney; his brother Jimmy Laney; his brother-in-law Ralph Covington; and his nephew Michael D. Laney.
He is survived by: his sisters, Gloria Alexander (James) of Charlotte, NC, JoAnn Laney of Charlotte, NC, Ernestine Laney of Charlotte, NC, Linda LAney of Charlotte, NC and Eloise Covington of Charlotte, NC; his aunt Ernestine Lizer Stinson of Charlotte, NC; and his uncle James Kizer of Toledo, OH. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews, with a host of relatives and friends.
