He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Mattox; his children, Philip Mattox and Kate Mattox; his siblings, Jim Mattox (Sissy), John Mattox (Lynda) and Jan Henderson; and his in-laws, Ed Hardin, Mark Hardin, Jeff Hardin, Chris Hardin (Kim), Julie Hardin and Jon Hardin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
