With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irvin J Markley of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Bucyrus, Ohio, who passed away on August 6, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Charlotte (Shields); his children, Brent Markley (Sarah) and Jill Buker (Ed); his grandchildren, William, Zachary, Anne Markley, Charlotte Ansley (Ben), Barry Buker and Michael Dohring; and his great grandchildren, Reece, Emma Markley, Callan and Mills Ansley.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Richwood First United Methodist Church, 18 South Fulton Street, Richwood, Ohio 43344.
