With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Heather Dawn Barnes of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on December 28, 2023 at the age of 41. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Penny Nance and Scott Nance (Sandy); her children, Christian Nance, Carter Jordan, Catrina Moore and Caylynn Beverly; her sister Jennifer Walker (Jason Walker); and her stepbrothers, Scott Cook (Alinda) and Jeff Cook (Kim). She is also survived by three nieces, three nephews, one great-niece and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
