He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Thomas Rice; and his children, Ronnie Rice (Janet) of Mint Hill, NC and Jody Kwasnik (Tom) of Indian Trail, NC. He was also cherished by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
