It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harriet Emily Hale Buff (Charlotte, North Carolina), who passed away on March 1, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Hale and Ruth Barkalow Hale; and her daughter Ofc. She is survived by: her daughters, Tanya Buff Hart of Oak Island and Beverly Buff Sadler; her son-in-law Hank Sadler of Charlotte, NC; her brother Charles E. Hale, Jr. of Riverside, CA.; her nephews, Charles R. Hale and Curtis Hale; and her grandchildren, Kayla Marie Sadler, Savannah Sue Sadler, Sierra Elaine Hart, Nicole Lindee Sadler and Tristan Bradley Hart. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
