He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Kimsey and Eloise Kimsey; and his brother Dr. Gary Carlton Kimsey. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Storer Kimsey; his son-in-law Noah Smith; his sister-in-law Roberta "Bobbi" Kimsey; his nephews, Charles Clifford Kimsey and Glen Joseph Kimsey; his cousins, Linda Price, Donald J. Teague and Brenda Parrish; and his pets, Mac, Lilly and Angel.
