He is survived by: his mother Beverly Shrader Pittman; his stepfather Carter Lee Pittman; his daughters, Hope Almeida Mangiafico (Shawn Ervin Mangiafico) and Hailey Lee O'Donohue; his siblings, Robin Jackson Martucci, Joel Lee Jackson and Keith William Jackson (Stacy McCrary Jackson); his stepsiblings, John Lee Pittman, Jennifer Lynn Pittman, Christopher H. Gardner (Miriam), Anthony Todd Gardner and Brian F. Gardner (Marla); and also, Dana, David Tate, Lee Steely, Paula Almeida, Judy Willard, Cindy Mangiafico, Sal Mangiafico, Gabriella and Matt Gervais.
