She was predeceased by: her father Cecil Millner, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Winifred Via Millner; her children, Candace Millner of Charlotte, NC, Jaime Millner of Brooklyn, NY and Michael Millner (Shonda) of Charlotte, NC; and her siblings, Marian Millner of Richmond, VA, Cecil Millner, Jr. (Denise) of Fredericksburg, VA and Victor Millner (Barbara) of Martinsville, VA. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
