He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howard Duncan (Jack) and Clara Duncan (Box); his former wife Helga; and his sisters, Caroline Duncan and Charlotte "Charlie" Duncan Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Corinna Grippo (Mike) and Gordon Duncan (BJ); his stepchildren, Kellie Ravech (Jim), Jym Pate (Mitsuko) and Fran Conner (Jeff); his grandsons, Tanner Duncan and Noah Duncan; his stepgrandchildren, Gabe Grippo, Lindsay Moore (Chad), Michelle Kingston (Mitch), Katherine Ockford (Jimmy), Kaina Pate, Tora Pate, Alyssa Seidler (Paul), Gavin Conner, Sean Viola and Tyler Conner; and his siblings, James Craig Duncan (Darlene) and Brenda Adams (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great step grandchildren.
