He is survived by: his wife Ann Irvin Archer; his children, George Archer IV (Candace), Todd Archer (Lisa), Alison Fey (Michael) and Diana Rich (Matt); his grandchildren, Zack, Scarlette Archer, Michael, Millie Fey, Elijah Archer and Micah Rich; and his brothers, David Archer of Norfolk and Alan Archer of Louisville, Kentucky..
