He is survived by: his children, Wendy (Dee Douglas) of Monroe and Daniel Sikes (Samantha) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Christopher Sikes, Miaya Gibbs and Makenzi Gibbs; and his siblings, Van Sikes (Lynette), John Sikes, Joyce Harris and Carroll Sikes (Gail). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
