He was predeceased by: his parents, James Reavis and Geneva Reavis; and his sister Paulette Chappell. He is survived by: his wife Katie; his son Jeremy (Nicole); his sister Wanda (Phillip); his brother-in-law Thomas Jones (Valerie); his granddaughter Kathryn; and his caregiver Cassie Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested remembrances be made in Tommy's honor to The Church of God Children's Home of North Carolina.
