With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frank Douglas Hunter (Charlotte, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 9, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Frank leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Frank may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, June Edith Thompson and Frank Dale Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Sandi; his child Carisa (Frank); his grandchildren, Paxton, Kyler and Lili; and his sister Patricia Bond.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Doug Hunter Memorial Scholarship Fund at Greenville University, Doug's Alma Mater and the college his grandson, Kyler, will be attending in the fall.
